Content and tools provided in this toolbox are the property of the Association of Pulmonary and Critical Care Program Directors (APCCMPD) or APCCMPD member programs who have provide tools used within their training program as a resource for other training programs.

Use of APCCMPD Tools and Content

APCCMPD tools and content are denoted by the copyright “© 2021 Association of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Program Directors” within the tool. The APCCMPD grants permission for member programs to download, modify and use APCCMPD tools for educational purposes, provided the original APCCMPD tool or content is properly cited. Permission from the APCCMPD to use the content/tool is required to share with non-APCCMPD members, upload into an electronic system, or to use for any purpose other than educational purposes including commercial purposes. 

Use of Member Submitted Tools and Content

The owners of tools submitted by members are noted within each respective tool. Other APCCMPD members are permitted to download and use these tools unmodified for educational purposes.
