The American Thoracic Society (ATS), the Association of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Program Directors (APCCMPD), and the Pediatric Pulmonary Training Directors Association (PEPTDA) are pleased to host a joint Clinician Educators’ Forum at the ATS 2025 International Conference in San Francisco, California.  The session will feature discussions on best practices in teaching and strategies for improving education in various settings and the presentation of the 2025 Innovations in Fellowship Education Award. Program directors, key clinical faculty, clinician educators, and fellows interested in developing their teaching skills are welcome. Hosted by: Christine Bojanowski, MD (ATS), Neal Chaisson, MD (APCCMPD) and Kensho Iwanaga, MD (PEPTDA)

This joint course is geared to both fellows-in-training who are interested in a career as a medical educator, and clinician educator faculty. Topics include learning to work in a team environment, managing misinformation, using narrative assessments, and integrating novel technologies to improve training.
