12-Month Interventional Pulmonary Fellowship (Posted 8/6/10)
The Division of Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia is accepting applications for a 12-month Interventional Pulmonary Fellowship. Our center offers the full range of interventional bronchoscopic and pleural procedures, as well as an introduction to research in this field. Our faculty includes three interventional pulmonary fellowship-trained faculty. We are also an NIH-designated cancer center and tertiary care center for central Virginia.
Applicants should plan on completing a pulmonary/critical care fellowship prior to starting this position. The start date of this fellowship is July 1, 2011.

Junior Faculty to Cover (Posted 4/2/2010)
The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine of St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center, a teaching hospital of Columbia University New York, is seeking a critical care- boarded or board-eligible junior faculty to cover the ICU. The intensivist will be involved in the division’s teaching of fellows and housestaff and will provide consultation services for critically ill patients. The successful candidate will be expected to work 12-hour night shifts. The position starts July 1, 2010, and comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

Pulmonary Hypertension Specialist (Posted 2/19/2010)
The Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a fellowship-trained pulmonary hypertension specialist to support our well-established pulmonary hypertensi
n program. Our growing pulmonary hypertension program currently sees approximately 500 patients from areas throughout Wisconsin, upper Michigan, and Northern Illinois. Patients are seen in collaboration with physicians from multiple disciplines, including cardiology, rheumatology, pediatric cardiology and radiology. Opportunities also exist to participate in multidisciplinary clinical and bench research.
This assistant or associate professor-level position offers opportunities to teach, perform research, and assume leadership roles and allows you to practice in southeastern Wisconsin’s only level 1 trauma center, Froedtert Memorial Hospital. Opportunities also exist to participate in eICU remote monitoring of critically ill patients for those who are critical care-certified.

The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at the University of Louisville has an opening for the 2010-2011 Sleep Medicine Fellowship. The 1-year, ACGME-accredited, fellowship offers training in all areas of adult, pediatric, and behavioral sleep medicine in our rapidly expanding sleep program. Training sites include the University Sleep Center, the University Pediatric Sleep Center, and the Louisville Veterans Affairs Medical Center Sleep Clinic. Elective time and research opportunities are included.

1-Year Critical Care Fellowship Training Position (Posted 2/05/10)
The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at Stony Brook University Medical Center is seeking candidates to fill a 1-year critical care training position in our ACGME-accredited 3-year combined pulmonary/critical care fellowship for the academic year beginning July 1, 2010. Our primary training center is a 570-bed university hospital on a large university campus with a busy consultative practice and a closed medical ICU. Our secondary training site is the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Northport. This position is being offered to enable our transition to an increased complement of trainees in response to an expansion in critical care services in Stony Brook University Hospital.
We are specifically seeking applicants who have successfully completed a 2-year pulmonary disease fellowship.
